Introduction

By accessing or purchasing from Anagh Masale ("we", "our", "the brand"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Product images are representative — actual colour and texture may vary slightly due to natural ingredients and photography conditions.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay and support UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. We do not store your card or bank details.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• A non-refundable advance of ₹80 is charged at the time of order placement.
• This advance covers forward shipping charges.
• In case of return or rejection, the advance will not be refunded.

Shipping & Delivery

Free delivery applies on all orders above ₹299. A flat shipping fee of ₹80 applies to orders below this threshold. Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days across India. Delivery timelines may vary based on your pin code and courier partner availability.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Mirchi Points Program

Mirchi Points is our loyalty rewards program. By participating, you agree to the following terms:

• Earn 5 points for every ₹100 spent on eligible orders.
• 1 point = ₹1 discount when redeemed at checkout.
• A minimum of 50 points is required to redeem.
• Points can be applied to a maximum of 10% of any order value.
• New customers receive 25 welcome points on their first order.
• Referral rewards: you earn 30 points when a friend places their first order using your referral link; they receive ₹25 off their first purchase.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
• Anagh Masale reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Mirchi Points program at any time.

Intellectual Property

The Anagh Masale name, logo, product images, and all website content are the exclusive property of Anagh Masale. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bihar, India.
