Are your spices 100% pure?
Yes. We never add fillers, artificial colours, or preservatives. What's on the label is exactly what's inside the box.
How fresh are your spices?
Every batch is ground fresh and sealed within 48 hours. We work in small batches so spices are never sitting in warehouses for months.
How long do your spices stay fresh?
Unopened, our spices stay fresh for 12 months from the grinding date. Once opened, use within 6 months for best flavour. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on all orders above ₹499. A flat fee of ₹59 applies below that.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. A small advance of ₹80 is collected online at checkout to confirm your order. The remaining amount is paid in cash upon delivery.
Is the COD advance refundable?
No. The ₹80 advance is non-refundable as it covers the forward shipping charges incurred when dispatching your order.
Can I return my order?
All sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with your order number and photos.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.

Yes, we deliver pan-India.
